1. Toepassing

Deze voorwaarden gelden voor de online cursus zwangerschap, bevalling en kraamperiode aangeboden door Expect V.O.F.

2. Toegang en account

  • Toegang tot de cursus 1 jaar na aankoop
  • Login via naam of e-mailadres + wachtwoord
  • Accounts strikt persoonlijk; delen is niet toegestaan

3. Herroepingsrecht

  • Door te starten met de cursus gaat de gebruiker akkoord met afstand van het herroepingsrecht via een checkbox bij aankoop

4. Betaling en facturatie

  • Betaling via iDEAL
  • Adresgegevens klant verplicht voor declaratie bij zorgverzekeraar
  • Geen refunds mogelijk

5. Contentgebruik

  • Video’s mogen niet worden gedownload of gedeeld
  • Cursusmateriaal blijft eigendom van Expect V.O.F.

6. Aansprakelijkheid

  • De cursus is informatief; geen medisch advies
  • Expect V.O.F. is niet aansprakelijk voor gevolgen van persoonlijke keuzes gebaseerd op de cursus

7. Toepasselijk recht

  • Nederlands recht is van toepassing

These terms apply to the online pregnancy, birth, and postpartum course offered by Expect V.O.F.

2. Access and account

  • Access to the course for 1 year after purchase
  • Login via name or email + password
  • Accounts are personal; sharing is prohibited

3. Withdrawal right

  • Starting the course indicates acceptance of waiving the withdrawal right via a checkbox at checkout

4. Payment and invoicing

  • Payment via iDEAL
  • Customer address required for health insurance claims
  • No refunds available

5. Content usage

  • Videos may not be downloaded or shared
  • Course content remains the property of Expect V.O.F.

6. Liability

  • The course is informational; not medical advice
  • Expect V.O.F. is not liable for consequences of personal choices based on the course

7. Governing law

  • Dutch law applies
